Payment orchestration
One integration in front of many providers. Routing by cost, geography and approval rate, a second automatic attempt through another provider when a payment is declined, and instant switching when an acquirer stops performing.
NEXT builds the technology payment businesses run on — orchestration, billing, card and crypto processing, white-label PSP, wallet and payroll platforms — and runs the operational side of it alongside your team.
Modular by design — take the whole stack or the one piece you are missing.
A set of composable products that cover the full path of a transaction — from the checkout your customer sees to the settlement your finance team reconciles. Deploy them together as a platform, or plug a single module into what you already run.
One integration in front of many providers. Routing by cost, geography and approval rate, a second automatic attempt through another provider when a payment is declined, and instant switching when an acquirer stops performing.
Subscriptions, one-off charges, usage-based pricing, trials and upgrades — with invoicing, automatic retries and payment reminders that recover failed renewals instead of quietly losing them.
A processing core for e-commerce card payments — authorisations, captures, refunds, 3-D Secure, tokenisation and recurring credentials — running on PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure.
Take deposits, send payouts and exchange between stablecoins and major alternative coins across the main networks — in one flow, and in the same reporting view as your card and bank payments.
Everything needed to operate as a payment service provider under your own brand: merchant onboarding and KYB, MID management, pricing and fee rules, merchant portal, reconciliation and payouts.
White-label wallet infrastructure — multi-currency accounts, top-ups and withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, card issuing integrations — plus payroll flows for teams paying staff and contractors across borders.
Risk tooling tuned to your business rather than a generic score: rule and velocity engines, device and behavioural signals, blacklists, manual review queues and chargeback workflows.
Hosted payment pages and drop-in widgets styled to your brand, localised, mobile-first and A/B testable — so the last step of the funnel stops being the place where conversion leaks.
Most payment projects do not fail on the code. They stall on provider negotiations, unit economics, reconciliation, or a structure that no bank wants to onboard. We work on that side with you — as advisors, or hands-on inside the back office.
From advice to hands-on operation. We can design the function, run it day to day, and hand it over when your own team is ready to take it.
Structuring and documentation guidance for fintech businesses, delivered with our network of specialist counsel and finance professionals.
A small, senior, distributed team. You talk to the people doing the work, and you know at every point what is being built and why.
We map your flows, volumes, markets and constraints, and agree what success looks like in numbers before anything is designed.
A concrete target architecture, provider mix and integration plan — with scope, sequence and cost written down, not implied.
Iterative delivery with a working environment early, real test transactions, and a go-live plan that includes the boring parts.
Monitoring, approval-rate tuning, new providers and new markets — plus support for the operational team running it every day.
The people writing the routing logic are the people who have argued with acquirers about approval rates. Technology decisions carry commercial context, and commercial advice is technically feasible.
Take orchestration only. Or the wallet. Or the anti-fraud layer in front of your existing processor. Nothing in the stack requires you to replace what already works.
Every customer-facing surface — checkout, wallet, merchant portal — carries your brand, not ours. Your customers should never have to learn who we are.
A distributed team and a provider-neutral architecture mean we are not tied to one market, one acquirer or one regulatory perimeter. We build for where you actually sell.
We are a distributed team, remote-first by design. Open roles are listed below — click one to see the detail. If nothing fits, an open application is always welcome.
You are the first person merchants and partners reach when a payment does not behave. You read the logs, reproduce the case, fix what can be fixed, and hand engineering a clean, reproducible report when it cannot.
Send an open application. Tell us what you have built or run in payments, and what you would like to work on next. We keep good notes.
Send a short note about your product, your markets and where payments are getting in the way. We reply personally, usually within one business day — and if we are not the right fit, we will say so.

NEXT is a technology and advisory company working with payment businesses. This website is an information and contact channel — nothing more.
There are none. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising or behavioural trackers, and no contact form. The one external request the page makes is to Google Fonts for the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — our hosting and email providers — and with professional advisers or authorities where we are legally required to. These providers process data on our instructions and under contract.
We work with a distributed team and international service providers, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected in line with applicable law.
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and a reasonable period afterwards. Job applications are kept for up to 6 months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, write to us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
